• Senior Retail Broker (Austin, TX)



    • Work with current and prospective retail tenants to win new business
    • Show spaces, qualify prospective spaces, and negotiates new leases and lease renewals
    • Using our research department’s advanced technologies, put together strategic site selection packages for client tours
    • Manage transactions to save clients time, get to grand openings faster and results in better bottom lines
    • Work with current and prospective retail landlords to win new business
    • Cold call and qualify prospective tenants, and negotiate new leases and lease renewals
    • Analyze existing centers’ retailers to fill spaces with tenants that strengthen merchandising mix
    • Prepares, analyzes, and presents leasing activity reports to landlords
    • Originate, direct the marketing of, negotiate and close commercial real estate sale assignments, and/or equity joint ventures
    • Develop and maintain long-term industry relationships with private and institutional owners, investors, and service providers to promote new business development
    • Work closely within the local markets, engaging sellers and purchasers of commercial real estate
    • Market properties for a variety of customers including REITS, private equity funds, private investment companies, lenders, etc




    • Bachelor Degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university; MBA or graduate degree in Real Estate preferred
    • Minimum of 5-7 years professional experience in Commercial Real Estate or other sales experience
    • Must procure and maintain a real estate salesperson’s license as required
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Detail oriented, self-starter, strong organizational and analytical skills, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and sale skills essential
